  St Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church (originally Ruthenians) was started in the 1800s by devoted persons from Ukraine, Slovakia, Poland, Galicia areas. Many children were educated in St Mary's parochial school, and received great educations from nuns from St Basil the Great. Children & adults couldn't have asked for a better religious institution (history St Mary's School on Facebook).
